RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure quality of the product is enforced on the shift.
- Ensure slurry checks are completed on time and correctly.
- Responsible for any damaged or scrap molds during the shift.
- Make sure all procedures and S.O.P.’s are adhered to by performing regular audits.
- Enforce all safety guidelines within the area.
- Maintain department housekeeping.
- Train new employees and provide feedback to improve the quality and performance of existing employees.
- Identify opportunities for methods and documentation improvement and develop solutions.
- Administrative duties such as downtime and quality documentation, time card review, and writing work orders.
- Must be able to coordinate with wax and foundry supervision to determine the configuration (mapping) of a dip line based on available product and production needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proven track record working in a team environment.
- Must be a certified Robot Operator and Slurry Tester with >5 years of experience.
