As a Production Supervisor, you will be using your skills and expertise to oversee employees who put together component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging, or completed units. Youll be responsible for reviewing our production schedules, material, and manpower resources, assigning employees to maximize our production objectives, informing employees of production and material problems, and resolving problems affecting schedules while maintaining the quality of our products. Youll participate in establishing and modifying our operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment, and procedures.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field of study
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Typically, 4+ years of progressive product technician experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
- Experience with corrective action planning
- Previous management or lead experience; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
- Experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment
- Thorough understanding and experience with the practical application of manufacturing principles
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
