Program Industrial Manager m/w/d

Job Description:

•tDevelopment and management of:
otIndustrialization and validation plans
otProduction plans
otProduction maturity plans (internal/external) and product quality
o Plans for managing economic, scheduling, and quality performance
•tParticipation in contract finalization for production and industrialization, support in negotiations for the approval/financing of solutions related to production and industrialization issues as well as price adjustments
•tEnsuring compliance with contractual agreements for industrial activities (manufacturing, supply chain, etc.). Cost and schedule management during the development phase
•tManagement of interdisciplinary teams for industrialization. Scheduling and monitoring of industrial activities along program milestones
•tCoordination of the industrial validation process (industrialization, APQP, etc.), organization and monitoring of reviews. Development and management of measures to reduce series production costs (budget, prioritization, schedule)
•tSupport in budgeting (including support budget, obsolescence). Creation and maintenance of medium- and long-term forecasts (S&OP) based on the sales plan
•tCustomer interface for industrial topics: ensuring transparent and reliable delivery forecasts, consolidation of assumptions for production program planning
•tIdentification of industrial risks and implementation of corresponding countermeasures
•tContinuous feedback and lessons learned for both the program and industrial teams

Job Requirements:

•\tAt least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable field
•\tMinimum of 3 years' experience in industrial project or production management
•\tExperience in interdisciplinary teams and complex industrial projects
•\tBackground in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering, preferably in large enterprises
•\tExcellent knowledge of industrialization, production, and supply chain management, ideally for mechatronic products
•\tProven experience in managing industrialization projects, production ramp-ups, and production increases
•\tStrong expertise in quality management systems and industrial validation (e.g., APQP). Knowledge of industrial standards, audits, and technology readiness level assessments (MRL/TRL)
•\tExperience in contract management and customer support in an industrial environment
•\tExperience in the aerospace industry or aircraft interiors is desirable
•\tStrong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple work packages
•\tFluent German and English language skills (business proficient)
