Position Responsibilities:
- Lead internally focused team focused on program execution, working directly with program integrated product teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule, quality and technical objectives and ensure customer requirements are achieved
- Responsible for overseeing and driving execution of all key Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and ensuring coordination of deliverables, communication, and PMBP across program IPTs
- Support program operating rhythm, CONOPS, performance management system, recovery planning and program status reporting
- Develops strong relationships with the customer, program team and supporting functions across organizational boundaries
- Reports to Deputy Program Manager
Additional Responsibilities may include:
- Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Program Management
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes, affordability and RIO management
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics
- 3+ experience briefing customers and leadership
- Experience in a role that required organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
- Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with program management, project management, and/or business operations
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated leadership ability in formal or informal roles within the Boeing Company or in outside activities
Travel:
The position may require traveling up to 25 of the time.

Summary pay range: $157,250 - $212,750 USD
