Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is seeking a Program Management Manager to lead our Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) SPY-7 radar program. This role will be responsible for execution of active contracts but will also be responsible for capture of follow-on work. This role includes executing all phases of contract execution across development and production efforts. Primary customers for this role will span both internal and external organizations, including the Lockheed Martin Multi-Domain Combat Systems (MDCS) market segment, Lockheed Martin Canada and the US Navy.

The successful candidate will be the primary interface to all customers and is expected to lead across all functions to effectively deliver on our commitments. This role is responsible for contract cost, schedule, and technical performance, as well as affordability improvements and driving digital transformation across our efforts. This role will collaborate across functional teams to ensure flawless execution of the portfolio, focused on meeting (or exceeding) all program financial, schedule, contractual and technical performance commitments. This role will report to the Director of Maritime Equipment & Radar Solutions, within the Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) Market Segment. This position will be based out of Moorestown, NJ where the majority of the software and hardware are produced. There may be some domestic and international (Canada) travel required.

In addition to execution of the program, this position will be required to coordinate with the SPY-7 Common Product Team, to collaborate on strategic actions that support the organization’s overall long-term plan for the product line.
Basic Qualifications:
• Previous Program Management experience
• Previous experience in production and/or readiness (aka sustainment) efforts
• Previous experience in Earned Value Management and program performance management & compliance
• Strong personnel management skills and the ability to engage in ongoing, fast paced execution with onsite and virtual team members across multiple locations
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, program management or other applicable discipline
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of how programs support LM business strategy
• US Navy customer experience and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships
• Cost reduction and program performance improvement initiative development, leadership and implementation experience
• Working with and managing a diverse supply chain
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
