Description:This is a position for a Senior Manager, Program Manager who will be responsible for program execution of a collection of projects on a classified ADP effort within the Fighter Improvements and Derivatives organization. This role will act as a critical member of the program management office. Responsibilities include, staffing, cost / schedule, customer interactions, follow on development, proposal development and product deliverables. This position will be the senior interface to the customer counterpart for the portfolio of capabilities. The successful candidate with have a blend of DoD new business capture, technical program execution and management experience. This is a highly visible role within the organization and will be responsible for the following:
• Execute the program and deliver on the organizations objectives.
• Capture and execution of relevant technology maturation through internal and contracted research and development (R&D)
• Analyze, develop and manage program budget.
• Identify and assess cross LOB and Business Unit opportunities.
• Participate in development of business cases and business plans.
• Accountable for behaviors consistent with leading and executing classified programs.
• Mentoring and management of program managers on the team
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline
Program or project management experience
Contract / Proposal experience
Customer relations experience
Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated Ability to Mature and Transition Technology
• Masters of Science and / or Masters of Business Administration
• Experience working on Weapons Technologies or Experience working on CNI (Communications, Navigation and Identification) or EW (Electronic Warfare) Systems.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of Independent and Self-Motivated teams
• Resourceful (Strong Personnel Network)
• Excellent rapport with customers; and strong working relationships with other functions and programs.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters / solutions with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience transitioning capabilities to tactical fighter programs.
• Current/Previous Special Access Program experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
