Amentum is seeking a Program Manager. This role will support a future US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – C5ISR and Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD), Electronic Warfare Air/Ground Survivability (EWAGS) Division contract. The mission - to design, develop and transition state of the art Science and Technology (S&T) applications in order to provide situational awareness, detection and electronic combat technology mechanisms against both airborne and ground current and emerging threats. The objective of this Task Order (TO) is to provide engineering and programmatic support to the EWAGS Division to assist the design, development, integration, testing, documentation and transition of these S&T efforts to other Department of Defense organizations to be matured and integrated into Programs of Record (POR) and Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a skilled team in providing engineering expertise to the design, development, and test of advanced electronic warfare capabilities.
- Operates independently, managing substantial program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations.
- Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities.
- Proven experience in the management and control of funds and resources, demonstrated capability in managing complex multi-task contracts.
- Must have demonstrated experience in managing all key project areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active DOD TS/SCI Security Clearance Eligibility
- Masters degree plus 15 years directly related experience or Bachelors degree plus 20 years directly related experience. Business, scientific or technical degree
- PMP certification desired
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in multiple tasks across several functional areas and the use of different technologies related to Aircraft and Ground Electronic Warfare Science and Technology
- Recent experience support airborne and ground-based electronic warfare capabilities
