None/Not RequiredBased in Everett, WA, this Program Manager role puts you at the helm of the entire product and service lifecycle—from concept and order capture through design, production, delivery, and long-term strategic planning. As the chair of the Integrated Project Team (IPT), you’ll lead cross-functional efforts to ensure contract execution, cost control, schedule adherence, and top-tier performance. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, you’ll represent the company with confidence and clarity. With full P&L responsibility for programs within the aircraft monument value stream, you are truly the CEO of your programs.
This role may offer relocation support.
What You Will Do:
Responsible for program execution, ensuring adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility.
Reviews and updates milestones, program plans, schedules and budgets for programs to ensure that the organizations objectives are met.
Identifies risks and opportunities, develops risk and opportunities, develops mitigations and recommendations to achieve customer satisfaction, cost and performance goals.
Participates in and leads the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes, including coordinating preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts to ensure legal compliance and to protect the organization’s interests.
Supports annual strategic planning efforts for the business.
Prepares and presents program strategy, progress, and results.
Travel nationally/internationally as needed up to 10
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Customer facing experience
Experience as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) or Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT), with demonstrated ownership and management of multiple program/project elements including financial performance, engineering coordination, and operational execution
Qualifications We Prefer:
Technical background (e.g., engineering, quality, or related fields) with the ability to interpret technical specifications and contracts
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project, including critical path analysis, dependency tracking, and project scheduling
Proven project management experience with solid financial acumen and understanding of program cost drivers
Skilled in leading internal and external meetings, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and communicating program status effectively across all levels of the organization

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
