We’re looking for a Program Manager to join the Norwegian Reward team and take our award-winning program to the next level.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the Loyalty Lifecycle
Own enrolment, benefits, promotions, and reporting – and improve every touchpoint along the way. Use CRM, Spenn, and data-driven campaigns to create seamless, rewarding member experiences.

Scope and Deliver Projects
Work hands-on with the Reward team to define our roadmap, shape key initiatives, and make things happen – from concept to launch and beyond.

Make Data Talk
Track performance, forecast accruals and redemptions, and help us understand what’s working (and what’s not). You’ll work closely with our data team to define KPIs and drive smarter decisions.

Make Spenn Shine
Ensure Spenn delivers for both Norwegian and our members. You’ll coordinate partner activities, align on joint opportunities, and secure the data and reporting we need to grow together.

Stay Ahead of the Curve
Monitor loyalty trends across industries, contribute new ideas, and keep our offering relevant in a fast-changing landscape.

Be the Glue
Act as the go-to person for loyalty platforms, GDPR within the product team, and collaborate with IT and Customer Care to fix issues fast and keep members happy.

What Makes You a Great Fit for the Role

You’re a structured and strategic thinker who’s passionate about creating real value for customers. Whether you come from loyalty, CRM, or management consulting, you’re used to navigating complex problems and turning insights into actionable solutions. You combine strong commercial understanding with a customer-centric mindset, and you’re not afraid to get hands-on to get things done.

You enjoy working across multinational teams and functions, and youre comfortable balancing long-term strategy with operational execution. You like to challenge the status quo, test new ideas, and push for continuous improvement – all while keeping the customer at the center.

Your background might include:

  • Experience working with loyalty programs, customer engagement, CRM or digital customer journeys – ideally in industries like travel, retail, or hospitality
  • A background in management consulting, particularly in customer strategy, growth, or transformation projects involving data and customer experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to shape strategy, forecast performance, and track business impact
  • Understanding of loyalty mechanics, member lifecycle, and how to drive retention and engagement through relevant touchpoints
  • A Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving spaneting, product, tech, and external partners
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to see the big picture and understand how loyalty impacts commercial performance
  • Results orientation, strong work ethic, and a desire to achieve excellence
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with or around ecosystem partners like hotels, retail chains, or payment providers
