Position Summary
The ValStream Program Manager role is designed to seamlessly integrate & support best-in-class service to JetBlue on a daily basis for the ValStream software & other associated services. The role will serve as a liaison between the ValStream & JetBlue Teams and be a fully dedicated resource toward program development & ongoing management. The role will report to the Manager, Warranty & Repairs, with a dotted line to the ValStream Leadership Team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Everyday Customer Management, ensuring performance of the ValStream software for the JetBlue users
- Monitoring, reporting and resolving identified software/process issues with the ValStream Team
- Implementing, tracking & reporting out on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Program to internal JetBlue Leadership & external ValStream Leadership
- Provide training of new features and support for JetBlue users. Liaison with ValStream Training Manager
- Develop targeted savings plans in conjunction with internal JetBlue Stakeholders & ValStream Leadership
- Proactively identify areas of under-performance and work with internal & external stakeholders to implement solutions
- Work with ValStream software users to document requirements for new / enhanced features and work with the ValStream development Team on building & implementing these features
- Track, validate, and support invoicing as well as bi-annual reconciliation & evaluation of the Program Return on Investment (ROI)
- Other duties as assigned
