How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) As a Program Manager on the Enterprise Partnership Development & Strategy team, you will help shape and scale high-impact partnerships across Delta’s Marketing & Product organization. This role is responsible for evaluating, structuring, and advancing strategic partnerships that drive revenue, enhance the customer experience, and support long-term growth.You will work across multiple business units to assess opportunities holistically, balancing commercial outcomes with operational feasibility, brand alignment, and customer impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, deal development, and cross-functional execution, and is highly visible to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the development of enterprise partnerships, including structuring deals, defining value exchange, and guiding negotiations through agreementEvaluate new partnership opportunities through financial modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional alignmentSupport intake and prioritization of partnership opportunities, including executive-sourced concepts and rapid diligence requestsDevelop and apply frameworks for partnership evaluation, governance, and portfolio prioritization across Marketing & ProductBuild financial models and business cases to assess partnership economics and inform investment decisionsPartner with internal stakeholders across Marketing & Product, Loyalty, Corporate Development, and Strategy to drive alignment and executionTrack and monitor partnership performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, enterprise strategy, or related fieldsStrong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience evaluating complex business casesExperience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a fast-paced environmentAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, concise materials for leadership audiencesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
