Description:You will be the Program Manager for the Program Management team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑value defense programs and ensuring timely, compliant production across multiple sites.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the Ground Production and Tactical Station Group Integrated Product Team, driving schedule adherence, risk mitigation, and cost‑effective delivery.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the secondary point of contact for customers, supporting program reviews on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
- Manage adherence to the production integrated master schedule and prioritize work across technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.
- Lead program risk and opportunity management boards, identifying and supporting mitigation activities.
- Coordinate activities between suppliers, Lockheed Martin functional groups, and the THAAD Program Office to clear constraints.
- Support affordability initiatives and producibility enhancements to drive down unit cost.

• Experience with make/buy and make-where decisions, including experience with transitioning manufacturing locations
• Supply chain management
• IPT leadership experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
