Program Manager

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a senior Program Manager for an opportunity with our client in Arlington, VA.

Work arrangement:

Onsite.
W2 position; 6 months, possibly converting to perm
Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance

Position description:

The Program Manager / Alternate Program Manager will be supporting a U.S. Army contract.
The Program Manager will be the primary contractor-side liaison to the Government’s Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and is accountable for full day to day contract execution, including tools selection, coordination, and delivery.
It requires deep Army domain expertise, especially in training and resource management systems and processes, and mandates a TS/SCI security clearance.

Core responsibilities:

Contract Management & Execution:
- Serve as the primary POC to the COR for all contract-related matters.
- Exercise full authority to act on all matters related to daily operations of the contract (PM or Alternate PM).
Tools & Systems Leadership:
- Determine and select the appropriate tools and software products to execute contract tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the team is proficient with the applications used on the project: cTRM / BLTM / cITRM / cATRM / cMRM.
Availability & Coverage:
- Be available during normal business hours, excluding Federal holidays or administrative closures of the government facility.

Required education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Management

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

10+ years of successful experience with HQDA program and budget packaging methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze the interrelationships between logistics policies and training resource requirements.
Recognized experience working with all three Army components in both training and resource management arenas.
Familiarity with Army doctrine and common Army and Reserve acronyms.
Thorough knowledge and experience with cTRM / BLTM / cITRM / cATRM / cMRM.
