Responsibilities:
Lead the development and integration of complex project schedules using industry best practices to ensure on-time and within-scope program delivery.
Analyze, maintain, and manage integrated program plans, timelines, risk assessments, variance analysis, and baseline change impacts.
Conduct trend and impact studies, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases to support schedule optimization.
Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, production, and program leadership to align schedules with resource and delivery objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, facilitating planning sessions and ensuring clear communication of requirements and objectives.
Support the full project lifecycle—from planning and inception through execution, monitoring, and completion—on major programs or their subsystems.
Coordinate commitments with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Open Plan Professional (OPP) project scheduling software is required.
Proven expertise in value management and earned value management systems (EVMS).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for schedule and data analysis.
