About Green Taxi Aerospace:
Green Taxi Aerospace, Inc. is transforming ground operations for airlines by developing the Zero Engine Taxi system, an electric taxi (eTaxi) solution that lets commercial aircraft push back and taxi under their own electrical power without running the main engines saving approximately 60,000 gallons of fuel per year per aircraft! We are a small, fast-moving team running many parallel workstreams across engineering, vendor sourcing, certification, and operations, and we need a sharp project manager to keep all of it organized and moving.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with extensive, proven, hands-on Asana software experience to organize and drive our projects across the company. This is a part-time, hourly role focused on building and maintaining a clean, well-structured Asana workspace, tracking action items and deadlines, keeping owners accountable, and giving leadership clear visibility into the status of every workstream. The role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and administer the company Asana workspace: design and maintain projects, portfolios, templates, custom fields, sections, rules, and automations.
- Build, maintain and track project plans, timelines, milestones, task owners, deadlines and dependencies across engineering, vendor sourcing, certification, and operations workstreams in Asana.
- Create and maintain dashboards and status reports that give leadership a clear, at-a-glance view of progress, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate cross-functional work and keep handoffs between team members, departments, and outside vendors on schedule.
- Set up recurring workflows and meeting cadences, and help connect Asana with adjacent tools such as Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, Slack, Fireflies, Claude and HubSpot.
- Document processes and standard operating procedures so the team works consistently.
- Insure team members are updated at least weekly of their assigned tasks and deadlines by sending concise weekly summaries that flag what is on track, what is at risk, and what needs leadership attention.
What We Offer:
- An opportunity to be part of an innovative company that is transforming aerospace ground operations.
- A flexible, fully remote, hourly engagement.
- Direct, high-impact work with the leadership of a company building a category-defining technology in sustainable aviation.
- A long-term, ongoing engagement for the right person as the company grows.
- Initially a $15 to $35 per hour pay range based upon experience with future growth potential.
