Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the planning, funding, execution, control, and completion of assigned Flight Operations projects ensuring alignment with company strategy and stakeholder needs. Identifies, assembles, and manages cross-functional resources to support assigned projects including but not limited to: Finance, Flight Standards, Flight Training, Engineering, Maintenance Planning, Crew Resources, Regulatory & Compliance, Procurement, and Safety.

Project Integration

· Ensure the various elements of the project are properly coordinated including project plan development, execution, and change control.

Project Scope

· Ensure the project includes all the work required, and only the work required, to complete the project successfully.

Project Timeline

· Ensure timely completion of the project including activity definition and sequencing; schedule development and control.

Project Cost

· Ensure the project is completed within the approved budget. Identify any unforeseen cost overruns and seek supplemental funding if justified.

Project Quality

· Ensure the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken

Project Communications

· Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of project information including communications planning, information distribution, performance reporting, and administrative closure

Project Risk

· Identify, analyze, and respond to project risk. Participates in industry meetings and conferences related to assigned project areas

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • 4 - 6 years of equivalent work experience required
  • Strong Project Management, Engineering and Finance skills
  • Experience working cross functionally with other divisions
  • Up to 15 travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The salary for this position is $104,000 to $140,800 dependent on job-related, equal opportunity factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
