Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to drive departmental priorities, ensuring smooth execution of technology projects, and maintaining operational efficiency across Enterprise, Web, and Mobile teams.The role focuses on project coordination, governance, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Governance & Delivery Support- Assist the HOD in establishing project workflows, documentation standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Track milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies for all ongoing projects within the department.
- Ensure that project execution follows defined processes and quality guidelines.
2. Project Coordination- Maintain the master project plan for all Enterprise, Web, and Mobile initiatives.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, design, QA, and business teams to ensure timely progress.
- Facilitate periodic review meetings, stand‑ups, and follow‑ups as required.
3. Reporting & Documentation- Prepare comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly project status reports for leadership review.
- Maintain dashboards, action trackers, risk logs, and resource utilization updates.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, updated, and accessible.
4. Stakeholder Communication- Serve as a central contact point for project updates, escalations, and inter-team communication.
- Draft meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely closures.
- Manage alignment across internal and cross-department teams.
5. Process Improvement- Identify bottlenecks in workflows and recommend process enhancements.
- Support implementation of new tools, dashboards, and automation solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement and project discipline across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management or IT Delivery roles.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technology project environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
