Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage day-to-day aircraft projects within a Part 145 Repair Station. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and ensuring satisfaction. Order, track, and manage parts required for project completion. Ensure all documentation—time entry, work orders, and sign-offs—is accurate and complete. Collaborate with technicians, avionics, and management teams to meet project deadlines. Maintain clear communication across departments for efficient workflow. Oversee final inspections, aircraft delivery, and post-delivery client follow-up. Requirements: Proven experience in a Part 145 Repair Station environment. Proficiency with Corridor software (Pentagon experience also acceptable). Strong understanding of heavy maintenance and avionics projects on business jets (Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, Citation). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
