Project Manager
38 - 50.84 per Hour
Morson are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for one of our distinguished Aerospace clients in Portsmouth. You will be required to build collaborative relationships with colleagues in other functions, ensure your projects comply with Ethics & Compliance policies as well as Health and Safety Regulations. Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager that has managed projects to delivery in the Aerospace or similar highly regulated industry.
The role is being offered on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. It will require full time attendance on site and can pay a rate of 38 per hour PAYE or 50.84 per hour Umbrella inside IR35.
Responsibilities
- Lead the multi-function project team to deliver OQOTOC.
- Build beneficial relationships with customers by identifying threats to customer satisfaction and initiate effective mitigation actions.
- Develop the project plan by creating a project team environment that will promote success through proactive planning.
- Define the total resources needed to accomplish the project, Identify the numbers, skills and experience of the staff needed.
- Agree materials, equipment and facilities required.
- Manage project stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholders and the stakeholder management methods are identified in the Project Management Plan (PMP) or in a Stakeholder Management Plan referenced in the PMP.
Requirements
- Project Management experience within a highly regulated industry such as Aerospace.
- Knowledge of Aerospace Project processes.
- Commercial acumen, able to communicate with customers throughout a project.
- Experience managing resources, risk and budget.
Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance before starting on site
