Job Description:
The QA Manager shall be capable of performing the functions and have experience in aviation ground safety and management. The QA Manager shall have experience in interpreting technical publications, blueprints, wiring diagrams, inspection findings and shall have a minimum of 12 years in aviation maintenance with a minimum of five years as a Collateral Duty Inspector and/or QA Inspector and one year as a QA Supervisor. The QA Manager shall have sufficient knowledge and experience to effectively assume responsibility for the overall quality of the Contractor maintenance effort in accordance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 (series).
