QS Security Business Operations Director (NJUS)
Job Description:

Purpose of Position
Responsible for the top-level QS Security goals and budget management, including preparation of the QS Security departments 10 year-plan.Provides leadership for Security standards in the areas of communication, process, quality and resource management.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Establish plans, track, and report progress of QS Security Goals and Budgets.Develop metrics, monthly reporting, and processes to establish consistent status and measurement of the full scope of the QS Security Organizational Goals, including evaluation of the status of all contracts and infrastructure projects.
  2. Direct the development of communication plans for all internal QS Security communications as well as communications out to business operations in NetJets to ensure consistent quality and quantity of communications of information about QS Security operations.
  3. Monitor the workload and capacity of QS Security.Develop and maintain resource capacity planning model for the entire staff of QS Security as well as contractors. Facilitate the resolution of capacity constraints while also ensuring resource optimization across all security teams.
  4. Primary liaison with Finance for QS Security budget management, including establishing and improving the processes for financial reporting as it relates to the QS Security goals and budget, and communication to QS Security Management.
  5. Interface with NetJets Strategic Initiatives team as a partner in the project prioritization and roadmapping processes.
  6. Build, develop and direct the Business Operations team, establishing team objectives in support of overalland NetJets Inc. objectives.

Seven (7) years' experience in an equivalently-sized Business/Finance/Contract environment

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver management reports to improve operational efficiency and quality
Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
Strong data collection, data and statistical analysis, and data presentation skills
Experience facilitating meetings, building consensus and mediating compromises
Change agent who inspires others through conviction, vision, and the ability to articulate direction.
Excellent critical thinking and results orientation skills.
