Quality Assurance Manager - F-16 Program

• The QA Supervisor/Manager shall be capable of performing the functions and have
  experience in aviation ground safety and management.
• The QA Supervisor/Manager shall have experience in interpreting technical publications, blueprints, wiring diagrams, inspection findings and
  shall have a minimum of twelve (12) years in aviation maintenance with a minimum of five (5) years as a
  Collateral Duty Inspector and/or QA Inspector and one year as a QA Supervisor.
• The most recent five (5) years must have been supporting and maintaining fighter aircraft.
• The QA Supervisor/Manager shall have sufficient knowledge and experience to effectively assume responsibility for the overall quality of the
  Contractor maintenance effort IAW COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2(series).
• The QA Manager is responsible for the overall health of the QA programs and oversees the Quality Assurance Representatives
