This full-time, on-site position responsible for the overall management and implementation of AID’s internal Quality Management System (QMS) and will serve as the central point of contact for quality matters.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the execution and enforcement of the QMS; collect, analyze, and report quality and performance management data/metrics; conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions to eliminate nonconformance; ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, regulations, specifications, and documented procedures.
- Evaluate client requirements to ensure their needs are met by set customer service standards.
- Conduct quality audits to make sure set quality policies and procedures are being adhered to. Audits should be conducted on a fixed scheduled and performed on a random basis as needed.
- Review ARCHIBUS workorder performance. Check for workorder completeness, timeliness, and legibility. Report findings and set corrective actions for any deficiencies.
- Conduct surveys to identify customer requirements and ensure they are being met by established quality standards.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of quality tests and other quality-related activities.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must successfully complete a background check to include criminal and credit and obtain a government clearance.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with eligibility to access Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or in other related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a QCM and have hands on knowledge and experience in the following areas: Progress Control, Quality Data Analysis, and Statistical Sampling.
- Familiar with the requirements of The OSHA 1910 General industry Standard and have experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Possess a Top-Secret security clearance with eligibility to access Sensitive Compartmented Information.
