Position Summary
Coordinate and manage resources within the Quality Engineering areas to ensure that our operational systems comply with the certification standards and requirements established by our customers.Key business metrics to be impacted include: RPPMs, COPQ, Profitable Growth, Return on Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Productivity.
Responsibilities
• Development and implementation of strategies aligned with the requirements of Customers, Business, Society, and the Environment.• Ensure the coordination of internal and external audits of the quality management system.• Provide customer support in opportunities for improvement regarding product quality and compliance.•Coordinate continuous improvement projects across operations.• Ensure the timely update of customer-required documentation to demonstrate the capability of our processes in producing compliant materials.• Ensure the proper management and maintenance of Quality certifications within the operation.• Ensure continuous education for all Parker employees to promote safe practices and compliance with the certifications and regulations required by our customers, society, and the environment.• Communicate company objectives to the organization and maintain team motivation.• Establish individual goals for each team member, aligned with organizational objectives.• Develop and ensure the execution of development plans for each member of the organization.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering.• Master’s Degree in Quality Systems and/or Business Administration (preferred).• Conversational English proficiency.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or coordination role within the Quality department.• Preferably with experience in the HVAC industry.• Desirable: Certified Lead Auditor and/or Quality Assurance Systems Implementer (ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS).• Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC.• Six Sigma and Lean methodologies (Black Belt certification desirable).• Strong ability to interpret blueprints, geometric tolerances, and technical specifications.• Proficient in data analysis software.
