Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee our quality department, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and FAA standards. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives through lean and Six Sigma principles while collaborating with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire quality department, including Quality Engineers and Quality Inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA standards.
• Implement continuous improvement through lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Collaborate effectively with vendors and customers.

Essential Skills

• Experience as a quality engineer with knowledge of QMS, AS9100, aerospace, and FAA standards.
• Proficient in conducting AS9100 audits.
• Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Proficient in Six Sigma methodologies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role.
• Recent experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience running AS9100/AS9101 audits.

Work Environment

The position operates on a 1st shift schedule, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life routine.

This is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
