- Ownership of value stream quality metrics & integration into delivery and cost impacts
- Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest quality issues, technical developments, & business strategies. Contributes towards strategy creation & maintenance, and policy development, to ensure continuous improvement of quality metrics is achieved.

Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Engineering from an accredited university or college (or a Bachelors degree along with demonstrated experience with a minimum of 2 years in aerospace quality, or a high school diploma/GED, with a minimum of 6 years of composite manufacturing and Quality experience) + a minimum of 2 years composite manufacturing operations, team leadership, and aerospace supply chain experience.
- Demonstrated organizational leadership experience in quality systems foundations and adherence, via industry requirements and audits.
