Lead and supervise a team of QA inspectors to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Investigate and resolve quality complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from specifications. Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to identify and address quality concerns. Conduct First Article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections to support production activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of QA inspectors.
• Investigate and resolve quality complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to identify and address quality concerns.
• Perform First Article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections in support of production activities.

• 5 years of quality assurance experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in quality assurance and inspection techniques.
• Experience with calipers and quality inspection processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret customer specifications and standards.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and well-organized.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and interact with various departments throughout the organization.
• Must pass yearly Inspector Vision Exam.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
