Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Job DescriptionLead and supervise a team of QA inspectors to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Investigate and resolve quality complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from specifications. Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to identify and address quality concerns. Conduct First Article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections to support production activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of QA inspectors.
- Investigate and resolve quality complaints, non-conformances, and deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to identify and address quality concerns.
- Perform First Article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections in support of production activities.
Essential Skills- 5 years of quality assurance experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Proficiency in quality assurance and inspection techniques.
- Experience with calipers and quality inspection processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret customer specifications and standards.
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and well-organized.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work and interact with various departments throughout the organization.
- Must pass yearly Inspector Vision Exam.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
