Schedule: Monday–Friday First Shift (7:30AM–4:30PM)
Pay Rate: $22.37 per hour
Safeguard Critical Records, Support Mission-Critical OperationsPDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Records Management Specialist to partner with a global leader in the aerospace industry. This role is key to preserving decades of valuable test and site data while ensuring smooth operations at the Hurricane Mesa Test Facility. Your efforts will protect historical aerospace records from loss and support daily site activities that keep testing safe, secure, and efficient.
What You’ll DoMaintain and organize site files, including regulatory and test documentation (filing, scanning, archiving).
Lead a major project to digitize and safeguard historical aerospace records.
Manage visitor access and screening for test activities, ensuring compliance and security.
Support test-day operations with traffic control, orientations, and observer coordination.
Assist with administrative duties, including ordering supplies, coordinating events, and supporting community relations.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of procedures and standard work instructions.
Participate in weekly work management meetings to support site operations.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
High School diploma or GED.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to work independently on repetitive and detailed tasks.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior records management experience.
Familiarity with administrative support in technical or operational environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay Details: $22.37 per hour
