Tasks
Step into a dynamic role as Regional Production Manager, this role involves the following activities, among others:
- Ensure the maintenance of a production framework (Cargo and aircraft handling, RFS), to provide safety & quality in accordance with LCAG production framework
- Implement of digitization strategy in coordination with F/HG
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal/external regulations
- Provide counseling and advice to the F/GCs on special topics
- Manage the existing supplier portfolio in cooperation with stakeholders
- Contact with sales units to understand customer requirements to continue high customer satisfaction
- Contact person for local handling projects & their implementation
- Analyse local performance regarding KPIs, conducting root cause analysis & implementation of corrective measure in case of deviations, and monitoring of their effectiveness, including data quality in the Region
* Performs all other duties assigned by superiors

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, business, or a related field
- Min. 3–5 years of experience in air cargo, logistics, or the airline industry
- Fluency in English required
- Good knowledge of LH Cargo’s production processes and organization. Alternatively, excellent knowledge of comparable international airline/ logistics industry structures
- For Procurement / Supplier Management tasks desired relevant work experience of several years in procurement function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Clear communication and effective negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Manage constant time pressure
- Manage high stress levels
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
