The Regional Manager of Training manages and maintains and assists in the development of compliance, procedural and operational training for airline passenger, cargo and ground handling processes within a specific region and additionally maintains management oversight of audit programs for safety, security, and quality and oversight.
Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
Ability to use a computer and applicable MS office software.
Ability to work with little or no supervision and alone or as part of a dynamic team.
