To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
- Excellent communication skills, with powerful ability to persuade and influence people, internally and externally, at all levels.
You’ll have an edge if you have:
- Applied knowledge of advanced manpower planning principles preferably with application in the airline industry or other industries with typical large manpower bases, including trending & forecasting, analytical skills, and test scenario generation.
- Prior experience implementing a resource management system (planning, rostering, real time control/day of operations) within a large organisation.
- Experience in the airline catering industry
- Change management experience to support organisation to go through change, including comprehensive coaching skills.
- Exposure to INFORM suite.
