To design, manage, and implement the organization’s total rewards strategy, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with strategic organizational goals. Responsible for compensation and benefits planning, job grading, rewards policy review, salary benchspaning, benefits enhancements, to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of total reward strategies including compensation, innovative benefits portfolios & regulatory compliance.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
