Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an SAP Data Migration Lead to join our team in Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, Fairfax, VA or Ridley Park, PA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
- Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
- Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
- Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
- Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels
- Ensuring data migration plans are developed, executed, and meet acceptance criteria
- Define migration strategy, cutover approach, data readiness, reconciliation, and quality controls
- Validate that post‑go‑live support processes and organization are defined and enabled
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ experience with Extract, Transform, and Load tools
- Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams running data workshops, profiling, cleansing, and validation
- Experience briefing Executive & Senior Leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with data migration to S/4 HANA
- Experience in SAP/ETL tools like SAP Data Services, LSMW or similar third-party migration platforms
- Experience in various S/4 Hana data migration technologies including SAP Migration Cockpit for Greenfield/Brownfield implementation
- Track record of leading technical data teams and coordinating with Functional Leads and Business Stakeholders to align data requirements to the fit-to-standard process
- Experience with GOLD applications dataset or other common systems used by BGS-G
- Experience with data migration of on-prem legacy SAP applications and/or other on-prem applications to S/4 Hana
- Deep understanding of S/4HANA master and transactional data and related mapping/transformations for data load and migration

Summary pay range: $141,100 - $204,700
