Configure and adjust pick and place machines, reflow ovens, paste printers, and other SMT equipment.
Implement and execute visual and automatic inspection procedures (AOI, SPI) to verify component and solder quality.
Verification and validation of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing PCBAs.
Label creation programming and barcodes.
Works under moderate supervision to provide technical support to engineers on a variety of engineering tasks.
Performs moderately complex technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects.
Analyzes workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
Create and modify work instructions and visual aids.
Qualifications you must have:
Experience in SMT equipment programming (pick and place machines, reflow ovens, paste printers, AOI, laser etch, etc.).
Knowledge of electronic design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle, Cadence, etc.).
Familiar with Stencil Design using Gerbers, CAD, and other design tools.
Proficient conversational and written English required, needs to be able to efficiently communicate both in person and in reports/via email.
Visa and travel availability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in electronic, mechatronic or industrial engineering graduate or studies in related field.
Experience using Corel Draw, CSI, or designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Measuring instruments knowledge.
Experience using SolidWorks.
Experience in new equipment implementation or equipment transfer.
Proactive and sense of urgency.
