  • Responsible for one or more assigned national and/or European key account(s)
  • Acting as proposal manager for commercial and institutional programs
  • Representing the TESAT product and solutions portfolio (RF, digital and optical communication) on all levels of the assigned accounts
  • Actively working with the external stakeholders to further develop customer intimacy
  • Representing the voice of the customer to all internal stakeholders
  • Shaping the future of the company by turning early ideas into real opportunities
  • Ensuring high awareness of compliance and integrity within the proposal teams

Your Qualification

  • Experience in Sales of complex technologies
  • Experience in Business development or Key Account Management
  • Knowledge of European institutional and/or defence/military business
  • Strong entrepreneur mindset, networker and team player with leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to think out of the box and identify future opportunities
  • High level of assertiveness and resilience
  • Excellent communication skills, incl. c-level communication and intercultural competence
  • Fluent in German and Business English
