SALES MANAGER SUMMARY

The principal responsibility of the Sales Manager is to manage sales and contractual commitments of the existing, potential new customers, and grow sales revenue of Carson City as defined by management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly sales and EBIT bookings targets.
  • Manage and maximize revenue, EBIT and share within the structure of the operations and commercial team.
  • Maintain and analyze essential metrics and necessary information to monitor the health of the contracts and non-contract business. Provide feedback to leaders on performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to recover or improve Carson City performance in line with contract and non-contract requirements.
  • Participate in negotiation of major agreements and amendments to the contracts.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships.
  • Set goals and objectives with inside and outside sales reps.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Experience in contract management or negotiation
  • 3-10 years of Aerospace technical sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Candidate should have worked for or worked with major Aerospace customers.
  • Ideally an Engineering or technical education
  • The ideal candidate for the role possesses the perfect mix of account management and, finance coupled with high energy.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Experience with analysis, administration and/or management of contracts highly desired
  • Previous experience in commercial, export experience of benefit but not essential
  • College degree required
