Responsible for overseeing and managing all Security investigations, intelligence, and passenger profiling activities within MAG by developing, implementing, and maintaining the protocols to ensure thorough and factual investigations into security issues, rigorous intelligence assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats, and the formulation of effective passenger profiling strategies to protect MAGs business.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Surveillance & Investigations team and develop strategic plans to enhance security measures and procedures.
• Plan and update policies and procedures for security investigations, intelligence assessments, and passenger profiling, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
• Manage risk assessments and threat evaluations for Surveillance & Investigations operations and establish strategies to address and mitigate identified threats.
• Formulate and implement thorough Security investigations and intelligence assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats to MAGs operations, along with effective profiling strategies to ensure the legitimacy of passengers to reduce potential risk on the operating flight.
• Manage and provide training programs for Surveillance & Investigations personnel to stay abreast of the latest developments in security techniques, technologies and methodologies.
• Establish coordination with other relevant entities, agencies, and authorities to ensure integrated security efforts and engage with business units and stakeholders to promote understanding and support for Security initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports on investigations, intelligence assessments, and profiling activities for senior management and maintain accurate records and documentation for Surveillance & Investigations.
• Manage the creation, monitoring and adjustment of the budget and assets inventories to ensure effective financial and asset management that aligns with organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Aviation security operations focused on investigations, intelligence, and passenger profiling with proven leadership experience in managing security teams and initiatives.
