Senior BFM Task Lead

Position will be the lead for all PMS 377 cognizant programs (currently LHA, LPD and AADS) financial related matters. As the overall financial task lead, individual shall have a demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of the complex requirements and financial analyses required to support the execution of an ACAT I shipbuilding program.  

• Will ensure all teams have access to the proper financial databases and programs, as well as training for using all necessary financial systems.  
• Will ensure all personnel are properly trained and knowledgeable in DoD/DoN/NAVSEA financial related rules, regulations, policies and guidelines.  
• Is responsible for the delivery of high quality and accurate products to the Government for all PMS 377 programs.  
• Provides overarching guidance to and management of BFM teams.  
• Will assist in the development of programs' financial briefings and reports, including analyses of programs' financial health and affordability.  
• Will assist the Government in the generation of metrics and trend analysis.

• Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum Degree Requirement: Bachelor's
• Preferred Degree: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business/Management or related discipline.
• Minimum Years Experience: 15 years professional experience.
• Preferred Years Experience: 10 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience and/or PPBE process.
• Required Specialized Experience: Supervisory experience; team management experience; familiar with DoD/DoN financial policies and regulations; ERP experience; budget cycle development knowledge; trend analysis.
• Preferred Specialized Experience: Knowledge/experience with DoD acquisition phases; experience DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs.
