We are currently looking for a Senior Collection Agent (m/f/d) who shares our values and would like to strengthen our team at various locations worldwide.
Responsibilities
Independent handling of accounts receivable management and active monitoring of outstanding items.
Execution of dunning and collection processes, as well as close coordination with internal departments.
Telephone and written communication with national and international customers to clarify payment delays.
Preparation of payment plans and individual negotiations with customers.
Analysis and reporting of receivables, as well as support in monthly and annual financial closings.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Your Profile
Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting.
Several years of experience in accounts receivable management/collections, preferably in an international environment.
Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with customers, combined with strong negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
High self-motivation, team spirit, and assertiveness.
