This role sits within Yield Optimisation, Data, AI & Analytics and Optimisation, Commercial Sales & Personalisation (SD0589) and reports to Head of Strategic Yield and Head of Yield Optimisation and Personalisation.

Lead cross-spanet yield optimisation projects across the TUI Marketplace to drive revenue growth and margin improvement across our groups revenue base through innovative strategies and global test and learn initiatives.

• Youll develop and implement cross-spanet optimisation projects in strategic yield areas such as dynamic trading and airline optimisation, working closely with local spanet trading teams.
• Were looking for someone to lead initiatives addressing crucial strategic trading challenges, particularly focusing on driving an earlier booking curve to reduce risk and increase margins across the TUI Marketplace.
• Collaboration with local spanet yield and pricing teams will be essential to identify successful strategies in individual spanets and adapt them for implementation across the wider TUI Marketplace.
• The role involves providing strategic input and recommendations on key yield areas including ancillary yield, initial pricing, and in-season trading to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders across Commercial teams in multiple spanets will help drive adoption of optimised yield strategies and approaches.
• Working closely with the Head of the Strategic Yield, youll align projects with overall strategic objectives while leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  
  

• You have proven experience in a commercial role with significant background in yield management, demonstrating strong commercial acumen and awareness.
• Your ability to lead change and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be valuable as you work across multiple international spanets within the TUI Marketplace.
• Strong analytical, numerate and problem-solving skills enable you to deliver measurable improvements in booking curve, revenue growth, and margin.
• Were looking for someone with excellent communication and presentation skills who can influence and negotiate at all levels while building strong relationships with colleagues.
• Youre highly accountable with a passion for results and take a proactive approach as a self-starter who can plan and organise effectively.
