Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and lead the controllership function for a specific country or region. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies and regulations, and driving the financial close processes at the country level. Your expertise in financial analysis and insights will be instrumental in providing valuable recommendations and guidance to senior management for strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures specific to the country or region, ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including local finance teams, tax, legal, and other stakeholders, to drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in managing and developing a team of controllership professionals, providing mentorship and support for their professional growth.
As the Senior Manager, Controllership Country Finance Leader, you will serve as a key point of contact for local finance matters, representing the country or region in discussions with senior management and other stakeholders. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, will be essential in driving the success of the controllership function at the country level.
You will report directly to our Controller and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
