Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 20 years of leadership experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programs, portfolios, or organizations supporting Test & Evaluation, Training, Cyber, Modeling & Simulation, Digital Engineering, or related mission areas.
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies, capture efforts, and business development initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior government, military, and industry leaders.
- Experience managing complex organizations, programs, or portfolios with significant financial and operational responsibility.
- Active Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Former Senior Military Officer, Senior Government Executive, or equivalent executive industry leadership experience.
- Experience supporting PEO STRI, TRMC, Army Futures Command, U.S. Cyber Command, OSD, or Joint Service organizations.
- DAWIA Level III, PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience managing portfolios exceeding $100M in annual value.
- Experience supporting advanced training systems, cyber ranges, test technologies, modeling and simulation, or digital modernization initiatives.
