How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Domestic Pricing Manager leads a regional team and coordinates across the commercial organization to drive revenue on the Domestic Pricing team in the Revenue Management organization. Each regional team is responsible for the ongoing strategy, tactics, and execution of Delta’s spanet level pricing and for the analysis of its resulting performance.RESPONSIBILITIESLead a team of 4-6 analysts responsible for creating and implementing pricing strategies in a dynamic, high-profile environment.Promote development and growth of direct reports and broader organization.Effectively communicate high-level industry actions across department to both leaders, peers, and reports alike.Work closely with groups within Revenue Management, Network Planning, and other organizations to ensure that each pricing strategy is consistent with Commercial priorities.Drive process improvement and best practices outside of regional per-view.Lead divisional discussions on focus spanets/critical revenue producing spanets.Represent revenue management at multi-departmental meetings and with external stakeholders.Develop both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
