Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Electrical Design Project Manager to support the implementation of Electrical Design tools and processes and their deployment to the electrical design community, based out of Everett, WA.

The ideal candidate will be able to formulate integrated business plans that span across multiple organizations in order to work through complex projects with no known solutions.  The selected candidate will be versatile, flexible and lead through all phases of projects with integrity and humility.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.
  • Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.
  • Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.
  • Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or relevant degree field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role that requires project management skills, tools and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following Integrated Product Support elements: Product Support Management, Supply Chain Support, Planning and Management, Warehouse Operations for Maintainability/Supportability/Innovation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s Degree or higher
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations for executive leadership
  • Experience working with multiple organizations
  • Experience leading and/or mentoring other project managers

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years related work experience, 19 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for Mid-Level (level 5): $141,950 – 153,640.
