Role overview:
The Senior Executive - Learning & Development - will support the ifly Head in managing strategic initiatives, projects, and communications aimed at enhancing organisational learning. The role demands strong coordination, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects through structured tracking, reporting, and effective use of technology tools, including AI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule management
- Manage emails, calendar, and daily coordination for the ifly Head
- Prioritise meetings and ensure smooth communication flow within the department
- Coordinate inter-departmental interactions and timely information sharing
2. Project tracking and coordination
- Oversee progress of active ifly projects in line with defined SOPs
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across sub-teams
- Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely updates
- Consolidate and validate project data before submission
3. Dashboards and reports
- Maintain and update dashboards to reflect project progress and milestones
- Prepare and present project status reports for leadership reviews
- Track performance metrics and identify improvement areas
4. Strategic alignment and feedback execution
- Align project activities with ifly strategic objectives
- Document feedback from the ifly Head and ensure timely execution
- Coordinate with team members for updates and action on feedback
5. AI tools integration and process enhancement
- Explore and integrate emerging AI tools relevant to learning and project management
- Stay updated on AI trends and suggest applications for process efficiency
- Support AI-based tools for content creation, tracking, and reporting
6. Research and content strategy
- Conduct research on ifly projects, spanet trends, and best practices
- Evaluate vendors, content sources, and learning solutions
- Prepare research-backed presentations, reports, and concept notes
Key requirements:
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data visualization tools like Canva
- Analytical mindset with a curiosity for AI and digital learning trends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively
Qualifications and experience:
- MBA full time in Human Resources
- 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Exposure to digital learning platforms (LMS) and AI tools
- Experience in managing org-wide cross-functional projects and stakeholder communication
