Position SummaryThis role is responsible to support the Human Capital Business Driver (HCBD) unit in executing people strategies and initiatives within the assigned Business Unit (BU). The incumbent acts as a key coordinator and liaison between the BU and Group Human Capital, ensuring alignment with organisational direction in areas such as Talent Management, Organisation Design, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Workforce Planning.
Key Accountabilities- Support organisation design and manpower management activities, including job requisitions, job evaluations, structural changes, and manpower tracking.
- Coordinate recruitment and internal movement processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and tracking of Human Capital (HC) initiatives to drive continuous improvement in people-related matters.
- Monitor and analyse manpower statistics and people-related data, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Track progress of HC deliverables and prepare reports or updates as required.
- Facilitate employee movements, including transfers, promotions, secondments, and related matters.
- Provide guidance to employees and line managers on HC policies, procedures, and general HC-related matters.
- Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including tracking performance reviews completion to ensure compliance with organisational timelines.
- Support the identification of training needs and coordinate with the BU on training request submissions.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Human Capital. Experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Generalist would be an added advantage

Personality Traits- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for data visualisation and Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation and process efficiency would be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
- Ability to perform basic data analysis using Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, lookups, and other advanced Excel functions is highly desirable.
- Customer-focused, with good stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with employees, line managers, and cross-functional teams.
