Role Purpose
Leading MAG Real Estate functionality from contract management, costs management and department day-to-day operations. The role includes tenancy renewal, contract negotiation, spanet research, risk analysis, and process optimization to enhance property portfolio value and operational efficiency. This role includes project coordination for premises renovation and surrenders and align with MAG strategic objectives of Profitability, Customer Experience, Deliver MH, and People.
Key Accountability
Contract Management
- Review business units request for operating space and facilitate with internal processes
- Site visit, term and determine space suitability and readiness.
- Contract negotiation and financial terms and examine document readiness for tenancy agreement.
- Process space request and coordinate with internal and external parties for term discussion.
- Manage pre and post tenancy matter from negotiating key contract terms, formalize the agreement and continuously enforce contract compliance.
- Key contact person with authority and Landlord and maintain good relationship in a professional manner while protecting the companys interest from risk of legal, finance and operational.
- Carrying out administrative work from property taxes billing, rental deposit, Bank Guarantee, Stamp duty, Insurance and any other additional assignments/duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
Costs Management
- Financial reporting, costs accrual, budget transfer and rental payment. The activities also include to negotiate rate and contract financial terms, and opportunity for rental relief from Landlord and Authority, and to revisit all MAG rental costs to SISCO.
- Responsible to conduct rental spanet research and secure tenants for MAG owned properties.
- Operational function includes to optimise space usage and requirement, organize favourable surrender of premises activities as per contract term and scrutinize final account and deposit refund.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Legal, Accounting or any other related field
- 3 years experience preferably for one who has inclination towards process flow and reporting with IT savvy.

- Interpersonal effective communication.
- Familiar with Microsoft office; intermediate or advance level is an advantage.
