Position Summary To ensure leased aircraft are maintained to the required standards. Evaluate, assessing, recommend and induct the used lease aircraft specification, the necessary ground support and tooling and acceptance prior to delivery of aircraft. Plan and monitor all yearly lease aircraft audit by lessors and review the audit findings with respective department. Revert to the lessor in a timely manner.
Key Accountability- Evaluate new used lease aircraft specification and installed equipment, provide technical recommendations, and implement accordingly. Review aircraft lease agreements for new/lease aircrafts in the technical aspects.
- Coordinate with other divisions / departments on lease aircraft specifications and acceptance and deliveries of lease in aircraft into MAB fleet.
- Co-ordinate, monitor and follow-up on readiness of lease aircraft tooling / equipment with the respective departments prior to entry into service.
- Follow-up and implement technical delivery exceptions and shortages with the lessor.
- Follow up on all open issues (delivery commitments) arising from aircraft delivery with lessor
- To facilitate and assist in aircraft lessor audit inspections of in-service MAB lease aircraft and technical records with the relevant departments in MAB.
- To follow up and close out technical audit findings of leased aircrafts and records in a timely manner.
- Perform technical evaluation of used aircraft to be leased by MAB and manage the technical transition of the nominated aircraft into MAB fleet of aircraft.
- To monitor lease aircraft progress on check to update Lessee or Lessor of status.
- Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
Qualification & Working Experience- More than 2 years’ experience working in an Aviation Maintenance Environment.
- Minimum degree holder and/or License Aircraft Maintenance Engineer holder
- Experience in Project Managing Complex Maintenance Inputs, knowledge of Airworthiness requirements for Aircraft Documentation.
- Good IT and communication skills, well versed with Amos.
