Key Responsibilities

• Work with business CFOs and BAP leaders on financial reporting.
• Consolidate materials for UOP monthly forecast reviews and develop executive level summaries around key drivers, changes from prior forecast, risks and opportunities.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis in support of UOP as needed (ie linearity, fixed cost, allocations)
• Coordinate with GBEs to complete close activities, including gathering estimates, commentaries, bridges, and forecasts.
• Manage AOP and STRAP activities including creating templates, loading AOP, supporting leadership report outs
• Prepare weekly outlook and monthly forecast materials for orders, revenue, and operating income.  Entails working with global finance managers and Regional General Managers to address risks and opportunities.
• Own UOPs backlog reconciliations and reporting, driving timely reporting and accuracy of data
• Build strong partnership and communication channels with ESS BAP organization to successfully manage UOPs financial calendar and expectations of deliverables
• Identify and implement process, control and automation improvements as applicable to drive continuous improvement.

The annual base salary range for this position is $142,000 - $177,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
