Are you an experienced HR generalist who thrives on both strategic impact and hands-on delivery? At TUI, we’re in the midst of an exciting business and cultural transformation – and we’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead and shape this journey in the Nordic spanets.
You’ll take the lead on HR across the Nordic region, working closely with local leaders to drive impactful people initiatives. While you’ll have full ownership of the region, you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be a key player and trusted partner to Head of HR, and part of a collaborative, international People & Culture team. Alongside you, there’s support from local experts in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and People Advisors – all ready to share expertise and make things happen together.
This is a broad, high-impact role where you’ll cover the full employee lifecycle – from organisational development and talent planning to labour relations, performance and cultural transformation – combining strategic influence with hands-on delivery.

- Own and deliver the People Plan for the Nordic region, aligning closely with business needs and long-term goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership, people development, team effectiveness, and organisational design.
- Lead HR operations locally – including performance and talent management, employee relations, labour law compliance, and hands-on day-to-day HR support for managers.
- Be a key player in our transformation – enabling cultural evolution, behavioural change, and organisational growth in line with our global vision.
- Build and execute engagement, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives tailored to the local context.
- Partner closely with our international HR teams to ensure consistency, share best practices, and contribute to global HR initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through data insights, performance metrics, and clear business alignment.
- You have extensive experience in HR, with a strong track record of delivering both strategic impact and operational excellence in broad generalist roles.
- A true HR generalist, confident in managing the full HR scope, from performance and succession planning to labour law and organisational change.
- Experience working in a matrix or international environment and are comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity.
- You’re a self-starter – proactive, structured, and accountable – able to lead in a standalone role with high ownership.
- Proven experience in change management and organisational transformation and are passionate about building future-ready teams and cultures.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder, able to collaborate, challenge constructively, and influence outcomes — with the confidence to manage a wide range of stakeholders across functions, levels, and spanets.
- Bring a strong business mindset and a deep understanding of how people strategy connects to business performance. You’re confident in translating commercial needs into impactful HR actions that drive results.
- Comfortable working with data and insights to support decision-making, and you’re curious about how tools like AI can enhance HR practices, performance analysis, and employee experience.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written); additional Nordic languages are a plus.
